Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy governs purchases made through premiummakerzone.com, owned and operated by Universal Dreambuilders LLC. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to a fair and transparent return process.

3. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Damage or defects are reported within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is unused and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories

Used or installed products are not eligible for return unless the item is confirmed defective upon arrival.


4. Reporting Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include the following when you reach out:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label. Damage claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.


5. Return Shipping and Fees

Approved returns will receive a prepaid return shipping label. Please ship the item within 7 days of receiving approval. If you return an item without using the provided label, we may not be able to reimburse any shipping costs you incur.

Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, calculated on the product price. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer's responsibility.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued within 7 business days. Refunds are applied to the original payment method. The 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please indicate this when submitting your return request, and we will accommodate when possible.


7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products. To request an exchange, contact us using the information in Section 2. Exchange eligibility follows the same conditions as returns outlined in Section 3.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items where damage or defects were not reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Items that have been used, installed, or altered
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hygiene-related products
  • Digital products and downloadable items


9. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Before shipment: A full refund will be issued.
  • After shipment: The order must be returned in accordance with this policy before a refund can be issued.

This policy does not limit or affect any legal rights you may have under applicable federal or state law.
